Plan pricing is based on your system type and the number of systems in your home. Most homeowners find the plan pays for itself within the first year through repair discounts and avoided emergency fees alone.
Twice a year is the industry standard — and the right answer for SC homes specifically. Spring service (March–May) prepares your AC for the brutal summer ahead. Fall service (September–November) ensures your heating system is ready before temperatures drop. Skipping a year isn’t catastrophic, but skipping multiple years in a row is when you start seeing the expensive failures.
It means plan members go to the front of the scheduling queue when they call for service. In peak seasons — especially July and August when AC calls spike — non-members may wait 2–4 days for a service appointment.
